Arrive at the clubhouse to check in and receive your player packet, including scorecards, tee assignments, and event swag.

7:45 AM Continental Breakfast

Enjoy coffee, pastries, fresh fruit, and breakfast items before the round begins.

Location: Pavilion Terrace

8:15 AM Opening Remarks & Instructions

Brief welcome speech, event rules, and format overview. Introduction of special contests and prizes.

Shotgun Start

All teams begin simultaneously from their assigned holes. Best ball format - 18 holes.

1:00 PM Round Completion

All teams finish their rounds. Submit scorecards at the scoring tent. Take photos and socialize while scores are tallied.

Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner while we announce winners and distribute prizes.

Dress Code:

Standard golf attire - collared shirts, golf pants or shorts, and golf shoes recommended.

Event is rain or shine. In case of severe weather, we'll notify all registered participants by email and phone.
